The first and foremost thing before developing a product is market study. Feasibility analysis is the first process where we check who is our targeted customer, do they use any similar products now, if so what are they, who are our competitors, what is their marketing strategy, what is our customer’s expectation etc. Based on the above study, we developed our strategy for launching our product. Next step is distribution. This process will include staff management and distributors appointment. The next step will be advertisement and promotional activities. Advertisement includes visual ads, hoardings, is pamphlets etc. Promotional activities include wet sampling, notice distribution etc.
